In yet another example of judicial activism undermining President Trump's America First agenda, a federal judge has ordered the immediate release from ICE custody of migrant Abrego Garcia, who was slated for deportation in what officials called an administrative "error."
The ruling represents a direct challenge to the Trump administration's mass deportation efforts, with the judge claiming that Trump officials have done "nothing" to prove Garcia's continued detention would align with due process requirements - despite the migrant facing a looming criminal case.
This decision comes as President Trump and his team, including Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, work tirelessly to secure America's borders and remove criminal aliens who have no business being in our country. But once again, activist judges appointed by previous administrations are throwing roadblocks in the path of common-sense immigration enforcement.
Deep State Judges vs. The People's Will
The timing of this ruling couldn't be more suspicious. Just weeks into Trump's second term, as his administration begins implementing the mandate given by American voters in 2024, federal judges are suddenly discovering "due process" concerns that were nowhere to be found during the Biden regime's catch-and-release disaster.
Where were these constitutional concerns when Biden's open border policies allowed millions of unvetted migrants to flood into American communities? Where was this judicial scrutiny when American citizens were being victimized by criminal aliens released under Biden's watch?
"The American people voted for mass deportations and secure borders. No activist judge should be allowed to override the will of the voters and endanger our communities."
This case highlights exactly why Trump's promise to drain the swamp remains so critical. The administrative state and its judicial allies continue working overtime to sabotage every effort to put America First and protect American citizens from the consequences of illegal immigration.
How many more criminal aliens will activist judges release back onto our streets before they're held accountable for putting politics over public safety?
