This decision comes as President Trump and his team, including Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, work tirelessly to secure America's borders and remove criminal aliens who have no business being in our country. But once again, activist judges appointed by previous administrations are throwing roadblocks in the path of common-sense immigration enforcement.

Just weeks into Trump's second term, as his administration begins implementing the mandate given by American voters in 2024, federal judges are suddenly discovering "due process" concerns that were nowhere to be found during the Biden regime's catch-and-release disaster.
Where were these constitutional concerns when Biden's open border policies allowed millions of unvetted migrants to flood into American communities? Where was this judicial scrutiny when American citizens were being victimized by criminal aliens released under Biden's watch?
