FINALLY: GOP Rep Introduces BOLD Bill to Strip Citizenship from Terror-Supporting Naturalized Citizens

While Democrats continue to coddle America's enemies, at least one Republican is stepping up with real solutions to protect our homeland. Rep. Riley Moore (R-WV-02) announced Thursday he will introduce groundbreaking legislation to denaturalize and repatriate naturalized citizens who support terrorism or commit attacks in the name of Islamist jihad.

The timing couldn't be more critical. As we've witnessed a horrific pattern of terror attacks on American soil, it's become crystal clear that our current laws are woefully inadequate to deal with the enemy within our own borders.

Moore's bill represents exactly the kind of common-sense legislation that the American people have been demanding – but that the swamp has been too cowardly to deliver. Why should someone who obtained citizenship through our legal immigration system be allowed to keep that precious privilege after they turn around and support those who want to destroy us?

Closing Dangerous Loopholes

Under current law, stripping citizenship from naturalized Americans is an incredibly difficult process, even when they've clearly demonstrated their allegiance lies with our enemies. Moore's legislation would strengthen our nation's ability to denaturalize these threats and send them back where they came from.

This isn't about targeting immigrants or any particular group – it's about holding people accountable when they violate the sacred trust that comes with American citizenship. When someone supports terrorism or commits jihadi attacks, they've made their choice about where their loyalties lie.

Patriots across America are fed up with watching our government treat citizenship like it's meaningless while our enemies exploit our generosity against us. Moore's bill sends a clear message: if you want to support terrorism, you can do it from somewhere else.

The question now is whether Moore's Republican colleagues will have the backbone to support this vital legislation, or if they'll cave to the inevitable screaming from the radical left and their media allies. America is watching, and we won't forget who stands with us when it matters most.

I'm curious about the legal process here - does this require due process or can it be administrative? Either way, I support the concept but want to make sure it's done right.

Great question - hoping they include proper legal safeguards while still making it effective.

This should have been done decades ago. My family came here legally in the 1950s and we've always been grateful for this country.

What's the specific criteria for 'terror-supporting'? I want to make sure this is written tight enough that it can't be abused by future administrations.

About time someone had the backbone to introduce this! If you hate America enough to support terrorism, you don't deserve the privilege of citizenship.

Exactly! My grandfather fought in WWII for these freedoms and it's disgusting to see people abuse them.

Citizenship is a privilege, not a right for those who come here from other countries. If you betray that trust, there should be consequences.

Finally! How is this even controversial? You support terror, you lose citizenship - seems pretty straightforward to me.

Because the left wants to protect terrorists more than law-abiding Americans. It's backwards.

This is long overdue. When you become a naturalized citizen, you take an oath to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Good! Actions have consequences.
