White House senior adviser Stephen Miller is calling out what he describes as one of the most egregious election cheating schemes in American history, centered on the Alaska Senate race. In a video posted by the White House Rapid Response account, Miller told Sean Hannity that the Democrat Party and its campaign arms have been caught red-handed attempting to steal the election.

"The Democrat Party, the Democrat Senatorial Campaign Committee, the Democrat Campaign of Mary Petola in Alaska, have been caught red-handed attempting one of the most egregious election steels, election cheating schemes, anyone has ever seen," Miller said.

The Scheme: Impostor Candidates to Split the Vote

According to Miller, Democrats scoured Alaska from top to bottom to find people with the same name as Republican Senator Dan Sullivan, then placed them on the ballot to siphon votes. He said the Democrats then lied about their involvement repeatedly—not just to Alaskans, but in state and federal court.

"They scoured the state of Alaska from top to bottom to find anyone they possibly could with the same name as our beloved senator, Dan Sullivan, and then they lied about it repeatedly. Day after day, week after week, not just to the people of Alaska, they lied about it in state court, they lied about it in federal court," Miller said.

A Criminal Conspiracy

Miller called the scheme a criminal conspiracy, citing violations of 18 U.S.C. §241—the same statute used to prosecute a conservative meme creator under the Biden administration. He pointed out the irony: a blogger who joked about Hillary Clinton was jailed, while Democrats openly cheat in Alaska.

"This, Sean, is a criminal conspiracy, violation of many laws, including, of course, 18 U.S. C-241. You'll remember that the Biden administration, but Douglas Mackey, he was a blogger, a memeer, who went online, told the innocent joke about Hillary Clinton, and they put him in jail saying his joke about Hillary Clinton could mislead people about the election. What, then, is the just outcome of what's happened in Alaska," Miller said.

Pattern of Deception

Miller explained that the conspiracy involved many players, and that Democrats took an additional step to conceal their involvement by deceiving voters and courts. He noted the absurdity of the Democrat defense: that a man with the same name as Senator Sullivan just appeared out of nowhere, despite having no political ambition, changing his middle initial to match, and not even campaigning.

"Very important to understand and criminal law, Sean, is that when you have a conspiracy involving many players and many people, but then you take one additional over step to conceal your activity and involvement, to deceive voters, to deceive federal courts, to deceive the legal process," Miller said. "There's every step of the legal process, Sean, was predicated on this preposterous fiction, that the Democrats had nothing to do with it. It was a coincidence, Dan Sullivan fell out of the sky, right, like Mona from Heaven, he just showed up, appeared one day. A man who had never had an ambition to run for office ever before, a man who tried to change his middle initial, to match Senator Dan Sullivan, a man who's not as we speak right now even campaigning."

Miller concluded by tying the Alaska scheme to a broader pattern of Democrat dishonesty, saying they lie about everything. The White House account's post summarized his message: "Democrats have been caught red-handed attempting one of the most egregious election steals, election cheating schemes, election rigging schemes, anyone has ever seen. It's a CRIMINAL conspiracy."
