EXPOSED: Democrats DEMANDED Maduro's Removal for Years — Now They're OUTRAGED That Trump Actually Did It

President Donald Trump just accomplished what Democrats only pretended to want: the capture and extradition of Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro, an indicted narcoterrorist responsible for starving millions of his own people while flooding our hemisphere with chaos and crime.

And how are Democrats responding? With praise for a bold foreign policy victory? With relief that a brutal socialist tyrant will finally face American justice?

Of course not. They're melting down — because Trump did it.

The Hypocrisy Is Staggering

The White House just released a devastating compilation of Democratic leaders' own words, and patriots, it's a masterclass in political fraud. These are the same people who spent years posturing about how dangerous Maduro was, demanding action, and criticizing Trump for not doing enough. Now that he's delivered, they've suddenly discovered their inner anti-interventionists.

Take Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer. Back in February 2020, he mocked President Trump on the Senate floor: "The President brags about his Venezuela policy. Give us a break. He hasn't brought an end to the Maduro regime." But now? Schumer is wailing that "the American people are just, this morning, in fear of what's going to happen here."

Which is it, Chuck? Was Maduro a threat that needed to be removed, or wasn't he?

The Pattern Repeats Over and Over

Senator Dick Durbin in 2019 accused Trump of being "ready to throw in the towel" and declared himself "committed to aiding the people of Venezuela." Today he's wringing his hands about "Congressional approval."

Senator Chris Van Hollen demanded the U.S. "ratchet up the pressure" and push for Maduro's removal just last year. Now he calls it "an illegal act of war."

Senator Elizabeth Warren called Maduro "a dictator and a crook" who "dismantled" Venezuela's democratic institutions. Her solution? The U.S. should "lead" efforts to "negotiate a political transition." Translation: endless diplomatic theater that accomplishes nothing. Now she's accusing Trump of "dangerous military adventurism."

And Representative Darren Soto — the Florida Democrat who just five months ago was bragging about wanting to raise the reward for Maduro's capture to $100 million — is now accusing Trump of "trading one dictator for another just to get oil."

You can't make this up, folks.

This Was Never About Venezuela

Let's be clear about what's really happening here. For Democrats, opposing Maduro was always just a talking point — a way to sound tough on foreign policy without actually having to do anything. They knew the Biden administration would never take meaningful action. They could safely demand results that would never come.

But President Trump called their bluff. He did what needed to be done. And now these same Democrats are revealing what patriots have known all along: their hatred for Donald Trump outweighs every other principle they claim to hold.

National security? Irrelevant if Trump is the one securing it. Human rights? Only matter when they can be weaponized against Republicans. Standing up to socialist dictators? Not if it means giving Trump a win.

Justice for Venezuela — and America

Nicolas Maduro isn't just some foreign despot. He's an indicted narcoterrorist whose regime has destabilized an entire region, sent millions of refugees streaming toward our borders, and actively threatened American interests. His capture represents a major victory for the rule of law and for the Venezuelan people who have suffered under his brutal socialist experiment.

President Trump promised to restore American strength on the world stage. Once again, he's delivering.

The question every American should be asking: Why are Democrats more upset about Maduro's capture than they ever were about his crimes? And what does that tell us about whose side they're really on?

Wait, so are we talking about removing Maduro or someone else? I thought he was still in power - can someone clarify what Trump actually did here?

My family fled Venezuela in 2018 because of Maduro's regime. We've been waiting for ANY president to take real action, and Trump finally did what needed to be done. The hypocrisy from Democrats is unbelievable when they know how much our people have suffered.

God bless you and your family. This is why we need leaders who ACT, not just give speeches.

This is exactly what I've been saying! The Democrats had YEARS to actually do something about Venezuela but all they did was talk. Trump gets results and suddenly they're crying about it.

They don't want solutions, they want talking points for elections.
