WORKING HARD: Trump White House Keeps Press on Standby as Administration Tackles America's Priorities

The Trump White House is keeping the press corps on their toes as the administration enters another week of executing the America First agenda that voters overwhelmingly demanded in November 2024.

Pool reporters were informed Monday morning of a lunch lid until 12:45 pm, with no public events currently scheduled to open to press coverage. But make no mistake, patriots – just because cameras aren't rolling doesn't mean this President isn't working.

A Stark Contrast

Remember the Biden years? The 46th president was infamous for his "lid" calls – often before noon, sometimes for the entire day. The legacy media dutifully covered for a commander-in-chief who seemed to spend more time in Delaware than in the Oval Office.

Under President Trump's second term, the pace has been relentless. From signing executive orders dismantling Biden's disastrous policies to working with Elon Musk's DOGE initiative to slash government waste, this administration has hit the ground running and hasn't slowed down.

What's Happening Behind Closed Doors

While the press pool waits, the Trump team is likely strategizing on any number of critical issues facing our nation – securing the southern border, negotiating trade deals that put American workers first, or coordinating with agencies to root out the deep state operatives who undermined the first Trump administration.

Chief of Staff Susie Wiles runs a tight ship, and this White House doesn't operate for the benefit of hostile reporters looking for their next "gotcha" moment.

Stay tuned, folks. When this President has something to say, you'll hear it – on his terms, not the mainstream media's.

Finally! A president who puts work before photo ops. The media can wait while America gets fixed.

Exactly! Obama spent more time on late night TV than fixing our problems.

Does anyone know if they're still planning the weekly press briefings or is this just for impromptu sessions?

This is what real leadership looks like. I'd rather have Trump working on bringing jobs back than answering the same gotcha questions from hostile reporters every day.

Remember when the media used to actually report news instead of trying to create it? Trump doesn't owe them anything - he owes US results.

I've been in news for 30 years and you're absolutely right. The profession has lost its way.

The press has been openly biased against him since day one. Why should he drop everything to cater to their agenda when there's actual governing to do?

My company has hired 3 new people since the election just based on business confidence alone. Keep working Mr. President!

The establishment is panicking because they can't control the narrative anymore. Keep them waiting while you drain that swamp!
